These setbacks makes the case for the need for skill labor –fair wages and the need for apprentice programs –especially for ex-offenders

We will make sure that our documentary accomplishes its overall purpose…make our case for the need of in house apprenticeship programs, shed light on the need for Minority firms to create their own Accredited Apprentice Program and eliminate the dis-connects cause by 3 party entities-time control/management, excessive fees and red tape. Success is limited to the amount of time you have –we must control the clock if we are to have exponential growth-which is possible in a fertile environment.
